A walk-off single from Amos Ramon brought home the winning run for the Winnipeg Goldeyes (45-31) in a 3-2 victory over the Sioux Falls Pheasants at Shaw Park on Wednesday.
Ramon reached base four times. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the ninth inning.
Josh Mazzola paced the Winnipeg Goldeyes at the plate. Mazzola went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fifth inning.
Todd Privett pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, seven hits and one walk while striking out six.
