Bobby Blevins tossed 8 1/3 scoreless innings to lift the Rockland Boulders to a 1-0 win over the Kansas City T-Bones (40-34) at Provident Bank Park.

Brian Grening allowed one earned run, three hits and no walks while striking out five over eight innings of work.

Keith Brachold helped the Rockland Boulders take the lead for good in the seventh inning. With the game scoreless in the seventh inning Brachold came to the plate and homered.

Brachold paced the Rockland Boulders at the plate. Brachold went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning.

Grening (7-4) took the loss for the Kansas City T-Bones.
