John Brownell picked up the win for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. Brownell pitched nine innings and allowed four earned runs, seven hits and one walk while striking out six.
Nick Giarraputo racked up two RBIs on two hits for the New Jersey Jackals. He singled in the fifth inning and homered in the seventh inning.
Jon Kibler was charged with the loss. He allowed 13 runs in six innings, walked five and struck out four.
