The Grand Prairie AirHogs' Strawn kept the New Jersey Jackals off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on two hits while ringing up six.
The Grand Prairie AirHogs' Brian Myrow was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the first and eighth innings.
Steve Fox was charged with the loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
