The Gary SouthShore came out swinging, scoring six runs in the first inning to jump ahead of the Sioux Falls early.

Babineau pushed the Gary SouthShore ahead, in the tenth inning, and the lead lasted until the final out.

David Cooper racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Gary SouthShore. He tripled in the first inning.

Chris Allen got the win, running his season record to 3-2. He allowed one run over two innings. Allen struck out three, walked none and gave up one hit.
