The California Glory seize victory thanks to late single, drop the Nevada Big Horns 7-3

The California Glory (17-10) took the last of five lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against the Nevada Big Horns (3-17), securing a 7-3 victory on Sunday at Tony Zupo Field, Game two.

Josh Grijalva racked up four RBIs on two hits for the California Glory. He singled in the third innings and homered in the fifth inning.

Andy Scott improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the California Glory. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out five, walked none and surrendered seven hits.

Carson Blumenthal ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked one and struck out two.
