Things looked bleak for the Orlando Freedom (10-28) when they trailed by five runs in the fourth inning, but the Orlando Freedom recovered thanks to a key single in the seventh inning from Hunter Bruehl to pull out a 13-10 win over the Sanford River Rats (17-22) at Historic Sanford Memorial Stadi.

With the Orlando Freedom trailing by one, Bruehl came to the plate and singled, plating Chris Walkerow and CJ Kelly.

Bruehl racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Orlando Freedom. He singled in the seventh inning.

Offense was not hard to come by on on Wednesday, as both teams combined for 23 runs and 25 hits, including zero extra base hits. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using 10 pitchers in total.

Lee Dunnam put himself in scoring position with three extra-base hits for the Orlando Freedom. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings.

Nick Neitzel improved to 1-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Orlando Freedom. He allowed two runs over three innings. Neitzel struck out five, walked five and gave up two hits.

Alexander Graham (3-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just zero innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed five runs.

Dunnam, Patrick Grady, Christopher Suto and Jeffrey Campbell helped lead the Orlando Freedom. They combined for 10 hits and eight RBIs.
