Chase Durham collected three hits, helping the Leesburg Lightning (25-15) to a 5-2 victory over the DeLand Suns (22-17) on Wednesday at Conrad Park at Stetson Universi.

Trey Norris pitched lights out for the Leesburg Lightning. The DeLand Suns managed just one hit off of Norris, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Jeff Lemon went a perfect 2-2 at the dish for the DeLand Suns. He singled in the second and fourth innings.

Nic Kovacs got the win, running his season record to 6-1. He allowed two runs over six innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered nine hits.

Montana Durapau couldn't get it done on the bump for the DeLand Suns, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out eight, and allowed three runs.
