The Fresno Cardinals (8-0) blew out the Nevada Big Horns 10-2 on Saturday at John Euless Ballpark after pouring on seven runs in the sixth inning.

The Fresno Cardinals were led by Christian Parra's hitting. Parra went 4-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first, third, fifth, and sixth innings.

Aaron Garabedian improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Fresno Cardinals. He allowed one run over five innings. Garabedian struck out three, walked three and gave up four hits.

Dan Scheibe couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Nevada Big Horns (1-12), taking a loss. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out seven, and allowed two runs.
