Levy-Tulloch stars as the San Francisco Seagulls defeat the Nevada Big Horns, 12-2

A superb effort by Casey Levy-Tulloch spurred the San Francisco Seagulls (13-9) to a 12-2 win in seven innings over the Nevada Big Horns (3-16) on Saturday at Western Nevada College.

Levy-Tulloch rocked the Nevada Big Horns with two home runs. Levy-Tulloch went 2-3 in the game with four RBIs and three runs scored. Levy-Tulloch homered in the first and seventh innings.

Seven runs in the opening three innings allowed the San Francisco Seagulls to easily put away the Nevada Big Horns. A three-run home run by Levy-Tulloch in the first inning supplied the early offense for the San Francisco Seagulls.

Kyle Slinger brought the heat against the Nevada Big Horns during his outing. The Nevada Big Horns managed just three hits off of Slinger, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Kyle Dodge was hot from the plate for the Nevada Big Horns. Dodge went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fifth inning.

Ryan Baker (0-2) took the loss for the Nevada Big Horns. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
