The Salinas Tomahawks (0-26) didn't stand a chance on Sunday, as the Top Speed Baseball (19-16) captured a blowout 10-0 win at Sir Francis Drake High School.

A two-run home run by Chris Pearson and a two-run single by Matt Pollock helped the Top Speed Baseball score four runs in the fourth. The Top Speed Baseball had two hits in the inning.

Pollock racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Top Speed Baseball.

The Salinas Tomahawks' lineup had no answer for Grant McCoury. McCoury held the Salinas Tomahawks hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked six and struck out five.

Dino Cristiani recorded his second win of the year for the Top Speed Baseball. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered three hits.

Jake Pannunzio was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked two and struck out four.
