Michael Crandell collected three hits, sparking the Top Speed Baseball (5-3) to a 6-2 victory over the San Francisco Seagulls (9-2) on Thursday at Lincoln Park.

He doubled in the second inning and singled in the third and eighth innings.

Tommy Papucci looked sharp on the mound. The San Francisco Seagulls managed just one hit off of Papucci, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out five during his 3 1/3 innings of work.

Brandon Paolinetti (1-1) took the loss for the San Francisco Seagulls. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
