Sarah Pauly kept the Akron Racers (14-22) off the board during her seven innings of work and the USSSA Pride (23-12) beat the Akron Racers, 10-0.

Pauly struck out eight and allowed one walk and six hits.

The USSSA Pride blew out the Akron Racers thanks to 14 hits, including zero extra base hits. A home run by Kelly Kretschman helped the USSSA Pride score four runs in the fifth. The USSSA Pride had four hits in the inning.

Kretschman racked up four RBIs on three hits for the USSSA Pride.

Hillary Bach (5-6) took the loss for the Akron Racers. She lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
