The Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts (6-10) had a tough outing on Thursday, as the Alexandria Aces (9-8) dominated in a 14-7 win at Frank Mann Field.

The Alexandria Aces scored six runs in the second on a solo home run by Jacob Stockton, an RBI single by Andrew Koscelansky, a two-run single by Anthony Papio, an RBI single by Keith Picconi, and an RBI double by Alex Buccilli.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to four lead changes in the game.

The Alexandria Aces pulled out the win thanks to a strong sixth inning. An error scored Buccilli and gave the Alexandria Aces the lead for good.

Buccilli racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Alexandria Aces.

Jamie Treml recorded his first win for the Alexandria Aces even though he allowed seven runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered 11 hits.

Joel Rosencrance (0-1) took the loss for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He lasted just zero innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
