The Youses Orioles (6-3)'s five first-inning runs built an early lead that helped bring home an 8-3 win over the Vienna River Dogs (7-4) on Monday at Bachman Park.

KJ Hockaday racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Youses Orioles. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the first and eighth innings.

Bradley Markey picked up the win for the Youses Orioles. Markey pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk while striking out four.

Taylor Lambke couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Vienna River Dogs, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked four and struck out two.
