A nine-run explosion in the second inning lifted the Lancaster Barnstormers (75-41) to a 14-5 win over the Somerset Patriots (57-61) at TD Bank Ballpark on Wednesday.

Ryan Harvey racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Lancaster Barnstormers. He homered in the second inning, singled in the sixth inning, and doubled in the eighth inning.

Jesse Hoorelbeke racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Somerset Patriots. He singled in the second inning and homered in the fourth inning.

J.D. Durbin recorded his eleventh win of the year for the Lancaster Barnstormers. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out four, walked four and surrendered seven hits.

Chase Wright was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in two innings, walked one and struck out one.
