Sean Green struck out six batters to lift the Somerset Patriots (56-57) to a 2-1 win over the York Revolution at TD Bank Ballpark.
Jesse Hoorelbeke helped the Somerset Patriots pull ahead for the duration in the sixth inning. Daniel DeGeorge singled to start the sixth. He then went from first to second on a groundout by Freddie Bynum. Finally, Hoorelbeke came to the plate with the score tied at one, and doubled, scoring DeGeorge.
Despite the loss, the York Revolution (59-51)'s Chris Cody dominated the Somerset Patriots' batters, giving up two runs and striking out eight.
Cody couldn't get it done on the rubber for the York Revolution, taking a loss.
