The Lancaster Barnstormers get on top of the Camden Riversharks early but can't hang on in 4-2 loss

The Lancaster Barnstormers (54-34) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-2 to the Camden Riversharks (44-43) on Tuesday.

While the Lancaster Barnstormers led until the seventh inning, the Camden Riversharks worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI single by Pedro Feliz.

The Camden Riversharks were led by Feliz's hitting. Feliz went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth, sixth, and seventh innings.

Kevin Reese allowed two earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out four over six innings of work.

Adam Godwin had a hot bat for the Lancaster Barnstormers. Godwin went 3-4 and scored two runs. He tripled in the third inning and singled in the first and fifth innings.

Leo Rosales got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Rosales struck out none, walked one and gave up no hits.

Mark Brackman was charged with his sixth loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
