A walk-off from Jeremy Owens brought home the winning run for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (40-47) in a 5-4 victory over the Long Island Ducks (45-42) in 10 innings at Regency Furniture Stadium on Tuesday.

Owens racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. He singled in the ninth inning.

Brian Barton reached base four times. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the third, eighth, and ninth innings.

Charlie Manning got the win, running his season record to 3-3. He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Jared Lansford (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed one run.
