The GEN Red Wings outlast the Adirondack in high-scoring affair, 9-8

Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the GEN Red Wings (9-13) and the Adirondack (12-10), as the two teams put up 17 runs combined in a 9-8 the GEN Red Wings win.

The two teams combined for 26 hits in the game.

The GEN Red Wings held off the Adirondack, as the Adirondack were unable to overcome a seven-run third inning deficit.

The Adirondack scored on a solo home run by Colton Campbell in the third inning, a solo home run by Eric Baker in the fourth inning, and an RBI single by James Anderson, an RBI single by Anderson, an RBI single by Bobby McLaughlin, an RBI single by Baker, an RBI single by Baker, and an RBI single by Matthew Robinson in the fifth inning. Unfortunately, the Adirondack weren't able to take the lead back.

Sean Badger couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Adirondack, taking a loss. He allowed nine runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out one.
