Despite the loss, the Adirondack's Jabin Weaver dominated the Sherrill's batters, giving up zero runs and striking out five.
Eric Baker got on base four times in the game for the Adirondack. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning and singled in the seventh innings.
Nate Eastman improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Sherrill. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out five, walked four and surrendered five hits.
Evon Previte was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked six, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
