Charles Parsons held the GEN Red Wings (5-7) scoreless for seven innings to boost the Adirondack (10-4) to a 10-0 victory.

Parsons allowed six hits, one walk and struck out six.

The Adirondack blew out the GEN Red Wings thanks to 10 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Adirondack scored three runs in the eighth on a two-run error and an RBI single by Geoff Soja.

Bobby McLaughlin went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Adirondack. He singled in the second and fifth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Aaron Benusis ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out nine, and allowed four runs.
