A six-run seventh inning sealed a 15-4 win for the SYR JR Chiefs (21-8) over the SYR Salt Cats (12-19) on Saturday at Falcon Park.

Alexander Sanchez Jr. racked up four RBIs on four hits for the SYR JR Chiefs. He doubled in the third and seventh innings and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.

Peter Doggett got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He allowed four runs over six innings. Doggett struck out three, walked four and gave up six hits.

Corey Mingin (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked none and struck out three.
