Chane Lynch racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Niagara. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the first, seventh, and ninth innings.
The Wellsville couldn't get anything going as long as Jonathan Knapp was pitching. Knapp gave up just three hits, allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out three during his six innings of work.
Stephen Silvestri was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
