Riley Goudling went 2-4, sparking the Wellsville (1-3) to a 7-3 victory over the Rochester (AIA (0-1) on Thursday at Basket Rd Field.

Anthony Galan picked up the win for the Wellsville. Galan pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and no walks while striking out four.

Josh Davis had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second inning and tripled in the ninth inning.

Zachary Hedges (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
