With the score tied at three in the sixth inning, Sing came to the plate and homered, bringing home Ray Navarrete.Sing racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Long Island Ducks. He singled in the second inning and homered in the sixth inning.
Mike Loree picked up the win for the Long Island Ducks. Loree allowed three earned runs, five hits and no walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.
Josh Pressley was hot from the plate for the Sugar Land Skeeters. Pressley went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning.
Jason Lane ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
