The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (26-27) outlasted the Somerset Patriots (26-27) on Thursday after six lead changes, squeaking out a 5-3 win at Regency Furniture Stadium.

The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs took the lead in the seventh inning and held on for the victory. A groundout by Mike Daniel scored Jeremy Owens and gave the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs the lead for good.

Paco Figueroa racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Chris Mobley pitched lights out for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. Mobley held the Somerset Patriots hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.
