Jordan Serena was cold coming off the bench, but Serena warmed up quickly as Serena stroked a key pinch-hit single in the five to lead the Torrington Titans (22-16) to a 7-2 win over the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (16-24) on Tuesday at Fuessenich Park.

With the Torrington Titans trailing by two in the fifth inning, Serena came to the plate and singled.

Rich Graef racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Torrington Titans. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Grant Wessel improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Torrington Titans. Wessel struck out one, walked one and gave up no hits.

Nick Whittaker (1-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
