The Pittsfield Suns (7-8) weren't able to overcome the big hole they dug themselves into against the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (7-6), and the Pittsfield Suns lost 5-4 to the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide after falling behind by four runs in the sixth inning.

The Pittsfield Suns scored on a two-run single by Travis Smith in the sixth inning and an RBI single by Brendan Slattery in the seventh inning. Still, the Pittsfield Suns couldn't catch the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide.
