The Lethbridge Bulls scored five runs in the sixth on an RBI single by David Dorton, an RBI single by Jeremie Fagnan, and a three-run home run by Kym Barthel.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with five lead changes.
Joel Blake was solid at the plate for the Lethbridge Bulls. Blake went 4-5, drove in one and scored three runs. He homered in the third inning and singled in the second, fifth, and sixth innings.
Alex Regan picked up the win for the Lethbridge Bulls. Regan pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out five.
Andrew Shoemaker couldn't get it done on the mound for the Medicine Hat Mavericks, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked three and struck out four.
The Lethbridge Bulls easily handled the Medicine Hat Mavericks pitching as six hitters combined for 11 hits, 13 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
