Hans Ask brought home the go-ahead run to give the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets (10-16) the lead in the seventh inning, as the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets hung on to beat the Regina Red Sox (21-6) 5-2 on Sunday.

Wade Beauvais to start the seventh. He then went from first to third on an RBI single by Cory Osborne. Finally, Ask came to the plate with the score tied at two in the seventh inning, and singled, scoring Beauvais and Osborne.

Ask racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets. He singled in the first, fifth, and seventh innings.

Jake Stalzer picked up the win for the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets. Stalzer pitched seven innings and allowed two earned runs, eight hits and two walks while striking out five.

Denver Wynn (0-1) took the loss for the Regina Red Sox. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out six, and allowed five runs.
