A seven-run explosion in the second inning led the Holyoke Blue Sox (15-23) to a 10-3 win over the North Adams SteepleCats (21-18) at Joe Wolfe Field on Sunday.

Connor Spencer racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Holyoke Blue Sox. He homered in the first inning.

Chris OHare's 11 strikeouts were enough to push the Holyoke Blue Sox past the North Adams SteepleCats. OHare allowed no earned runs, six hits and two walks over seven innings.

Sheehan Planas-Arteaga went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the North Adams SteepleCats. He singled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Tyler Gebler couldn't get it done on the bump for the North Adams SteepleCats, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked two and struck out none.
