Ryan Brasser kept the Terre Haute Rex (29-19) off the board during his 5 2/3 innings of work and the Hannibal Cavemen (25-23) beat the Terre Haute Rex, 5-0.

Brasser allowed five hits, three walks and struck out four.

Zach Nichols was solid at the plate for the Hannibal Cavemen. Nichols went 3-5 and scored one run. He singled in the second and fifth innings.

Ben Dartnell ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
