Brett Sullivan kept the Slippery Rock Sliders (20-38) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Butler Blue Sox (31-26) beat the Slippery Rock Sliders, 9-0.

Sullivan struck out six and allowed two walks and six hits.

The Butler Blue Sox blew out the Slippery Rock Sliders thanks to 13 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Butler Blue Sox scored three runs in the eighth on an RBI single by Jason Radwan, an RBI single by Alexander Miklos, and a groundout by Elliott Caldwell.

George Roberts racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Butler Blue Sox. He tripled in the third innings and singled in the sixth inning.

Luis Flores (3-6) took the loss for the Slippery Rock Sliders. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked none and struck out five.
