A walk-off double by Dustin DeMuth gave the Wareham Gatemen the win.
DeMuth was hot from the plate for the Wareham Gatemen. DeMuth went 1-5 and drove in one. He doubled in the tenth inning.
McFarland went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Wareham Gatemen. He singled in the second, fifth, and seventh innings.
Cole Sturgeon got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Sturgeon struck out one, walked none and gave up two hits.
Joe Jackson (0-1) took the loss for the Bourne Braves. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed one run.
