A six-run explosion in the third inning lifted the Harwich Mariners (24-14) to an 11-5 win over the Cotuit Kettleers (25-13) at Lowell Park on Thursday.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with four lead changes.

Brian Ragira did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Harwich Mariners, reaching base three times. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning.

Brandon Woodruff recorded his third win of the year for the Harwich Mariners. He allowed four runs over six innings. Woodruff struck out five, walked one and gave up seven hits.

Adam McCreery was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in three innings, walked three and struck out five.
