The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (20-17) pounded the Brewster Whitecaps (14-21) on Monday 8-1 at Red Wilson Field.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox scored three runs in the eighth on an RBI single by Carlos Asuaje and a two-run single by Zak Blair.

Robert Pehl racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. He homered in the second inning.

Alex Gonzalez's seven strikeouts were enough to push the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox past the Brewster Whitecaps. Gonzalez allowed one earned run on five hits and no walks over six innings.

Aaron Judge had a hot bat for the Brewster Whitecaps. Judge went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the second, seventh, and ninth innings.

Dylan Davis was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
