The Cotuit Kettleers blew out the Hyannis Harbor Hawks thanks to 16 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Cotuit Kettleers scored four runs in the first on an RBI single by James Roberts, a fielder's choice, , and an RBI single by Jacob Valdez.
Dusty Isaacs got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over 3 2/3 innings. Isaacs struck out two, walked one and gave up three hits.
Andrew Smithmyer couldn't get it done on the mound for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks, taking a loss. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
The Cotuit Kettleers easily handled the Hyannis Harbor Hawks pitching as six hitters combined for 13 hits, 10 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
