Kevin Ziomek kept the Wareham Gatemen (10-10) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Cotuit Kettleers (10-10) beat the Wareham Gatemen, 5-2.
Ziomek allowed four hits, one walk and struck out six.
Daniel Aldrich paced the Cotuit Kettleers at the plate. Aldrich went 2-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the seventh inning and homered in the eighth inning.
Jared Ruxer ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed one run.
