The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (4-3) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 13-2 win over the Brewster Whitecaps (2-5) at Stony Brook.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox scored four runs in the ninth on a solo home run by Sean McHugh, a two-run single by Kyle Convissar, and a solo home run by Alex Blandino.

Blandino racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox.

Aaron Blair racked up seven strikeouts in the the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox win. Blair allowed no earned runs, four hits and two walks over six innings.

Michael Theofanopoulos ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
