The Windy City ThunderBolts (45-31) outlasted the Evansville Otters (36-41) on Saturday after five lead changes, squeaking out a 5-3 win at Standard Bank Stadium.

Chris Wade racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He singled in the third inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Blayne Weller baffled the Evansville Otters, striking out 11 batters. Weller allowed two earned runs on eight hits and no walks over 6 2/3 innings.

Billy Killian had a hot bat for the Evansville Otters. Killian went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Michael Click improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Click struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Wynn Pelzer (1-3) took the loss for the Evansville Otters. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
