The Washington Wild Things' Hall kept the Windy City ThunderBolts (48-35) off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on five hits while striking out five.

Jovan Rosa helped the Washington Wild Things pull ahead for the duration in the eighth inning. Vinnie Fayard to start the eighth. He then went from first to second on a single by Darian Sandford. Finally, Rosa came to the plate with the game scoreless in the eighth inning and grounded out, bringing home Fayard.

Tyson Corley (4-7) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed one run.
