The River City Rascals relied on Kelii Zablan to eat up innings en route to the win. Zablan pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out four.
Nick Schwaner racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Evansville Otters. He singled in the first and fourth innings and homered in the ninth inning.
