The New Bedford Bay Sox (25-17) continued to pile up the runs on Thursday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 26-6 landslide win over the Mystic Schooners (9-31) at Paul Walsh Field.

The New Bedford Bay Sox scored 13 runs in the first on an RBI double by Zach Stone, , , , a hit by pitch, an RBI single by Evan King, a hit by pitch, , a wild pitch, and a home run by Alex Baldock.

Baldock racked up five RBIs on two hits for the New Bedford Bay Sox.

The Mystic Schooners had no answer for Donald Murray, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Mystic Schooners managed just three hits off of the the New Bedford Bay Sox's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Stephen Marino (0-3) took the loss for the Mystic Schooners. He allowed seven runs in zero innings, walked six and struck out none.

The New Bedford Bay Sox hammered the Mystic Schooners pitching as nine hitters had a field day, combining for 16 hits, 21 RBIs and 25 runs scored.
