Down four runs in the sixth, the Sanford Mainers (10-17) recovered thanks to Jordan Betts's error in the seventh, and pulled out a 7-4 win over the Laconia Muskrats (11-21) on Tuesday at Goodall Park.

With the Sanford Mainers trailing by one in the seventh inning, reached on an error, plating Will Cooper and Jose Torralba.

Cooper was solid at the plate for the Sanford Mainers. Cooper went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fifth, seventh, and eighth innings.

Evan Chamberlain recorded his first win of the year for the Sanford Mainers. Chamberlain struck out two, walked one and gave up three hits.

Rob Blanc (0-2) took the loss for the Laconia Muskrats. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
