Dan Ward racked up five RBIs on two hits for the West Virginia Miners. He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Nick Stotler racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Butler BlueSox. He homered in the third inning.

Calvin Coker recorded his fourth win of the year for the West Virginia Miners. Coker struck out two, walked none and gave up two hits.

Zachary Patterson (1-3) took the loss for the Butler BlueSox. He lasted just zero innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
