Connor Rowland went 1-1, helping the Palm Beach Xtreme (19-11) to a 2-0 victory over the Delray Beach Lightning (17-12) on Wednesday at Spanish River High School.

Alex Demchak had an impressive outing against the Delray Beach Lightning's lineup. The Delray Beach Lightning managed just one hit off of Demchak, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his four innings of work.

Jaime Johnson (0-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
