The Licking County Settlers' late runs seal 13-4 blowout over the Richmond Jazz

The Licking County Settlers (15-10) took down the Richmond Jazz (7-17) 13-4 on Thursday at Mcbride Stadium after slamming the Richmond Jazz with nine runs in the tenth inning.

The Licking County Settlers scored in the tenth on a solo home run by Robert Emery, , a two-run single by Kyle Hubbuch, a two-run double by Mason McClellan, an RBI single by Mark Colella, and a two-run home run by Emery.

Emery rocked the Richmond Jazz with two home runs. Emery went 2-5 in the game with three RBIs and two runs scored. Emery homered in the innings.

Michael Flax improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Licking County Settlers. He allowed one run over four innings. Flax struck out five, walked none and gave up four hits.

Pete Wissel was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
