Jeremy Barth drove in four runs, sparking the Xenia Scouts (15-8) to a 6-1 victory in seven innings over the Cincinnati Steam (14-8) on Thursday at Gradys Field.

Noah Jones's five strikeouts were enough to push the Xenia Scouts past the Cincinnati Steam. Jones allowed one earned run on five hits and no walks over five innings.

Zach Beckner put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Cincinnati Steam. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the first and sixth innings.

Evan Korson (2-2) took the loss for the Cincinnati Steam. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked three and struck out two.
