The Jamestown Jammers make the most of 8 hits in 9-7 victory over the Elmira Pioneers

The Jamestown Jammers (24-20) and the Elmira Pioneers (31-12) both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was the Jamestown Jammers that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 9-7 win at Dunn Field.

Chas Hadden did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Jamestown Jammers, reaching base three times. He singled in the eighth inning.

Tyler Plantier racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Elmira Pioneers. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Bradley Griggs recorded his fourth win of the year for the Jamestown Jammers. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked four and surrendered six hits.

Spencer Kulman was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
